The complex of rooms “AKTI SERIFOS” is located in the center of the traditional settlement of Livadi, where the main port of the island of Serifos is also.
It is a 5-minute walk from the port pier and is located on the beach. The bus stop for Chora and the beaches is 20 meters from our rooms.
Livadi is the first settlement you will come across as soon as you arrive by boat from Piraeus. It is a beautiful traditional Cycladic settlement with small boats on its pier. Here you will take a peaceful walk along the beach, you will find bars, cafes, taverns with traditional cuisine, tourist shops, mini markets, bakery, bank, pharmacy and post office.
Avlomonas, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island is located at a very short distance from Livadi. There is also a small marina here if you come with your boat.
Our friendly and family environment guarantees that you will spend a quiet and carefree vacation.

Room No1 is on the ground floor. It has 3 single beds and a nice terrace overlooking our garden. It has no kitchen and is ideal for couples and groups of friends.
Apartment No 3 is on the ground floor. It has one bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, kitchen and is ideal for couples or families with one child. It has a terrace overlooking our garden.
Apartment No 4 is on the ground floor. It has two separate bedrooms with independent air conditioning & TV, kitchen and a total of 4 single beds. It has a terrace overlooking our garden and is ideal for 4 people.
Room No. 5 is on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. It is ideal for 3 people or a family with 1 child.
Apartment No 6 is on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Aegean. Ideal for 2 people.
Apartment No7 is located on the first floor. It has 2 bedrooms each with independent air conditioning & TV and a total of 4 single beds. It has a terrace overlooking the Aegean and is ideal for 4 people.
Room No. 8 is on the ground floor. It is equipped with 2 single beds and has a terrace overlooking the Chora and a window overlooking the Aegean. It is ideal for 2 adults.
Room No. 9 is on the first floor. It is equipped with a double bed and a terrace overlooking the town. It has a window with a view of Aigaip and is ideal for 2 adults.
