The family-run holiday apartments “To Kalivi” (The Cottage) are housed in a traditional building located in verdant surroundings at Chorefto, a resort with a long, wide sandy beach on Pelion’s east coast. All six rooms of “Kalivi” have Nereids’ names
In Greek mythology, the Nereids are sea nymphs (female spirits of sea waters), the fifty daughters of Nereus and Doris, sisters to Nerites. They often accompany Poseidon, the god of the sea, and can be friendly and helpful to sailors fighting perilous storms, as the Argonauts on their way to find the Golden Fleece.
