HELIOS Villa

Seaside villa, in Koropi, in a wonderful location, 22km from Volos, hidden in the vegetation, just 100m from the sea, suitable for all seasons. Newly built, spacious with traditional touches, can comfortably & pleasantly accommodate up to 8 people. The road network & the private parking make the access easy, while the taverns, the cafes & the various other shops ensure the coverage of any needs that arise. The villa is located 100m from the beach, which is characterized as private, as there is no access from the main road, except by footpath. In addition to private parking, it has a garden of 400sqm to enjoy your breakfast in quiet moments in nature and is equipped with barbecue, wood oven, dining area, sunbeds, etc. Surprise the visitor, the large and beautiful tree house, which was built with taste from the owner and in which there is electricity, heating, various toys, wooden sofas, etc. The villa consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. In each bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe, balcony overlooking Pelion. On the ground floor we find the third bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom, the living room with fireplace and 2 sofas – beds, dining room and kitchen with all comforts (refrigerator, electric stove, various utensils and cutlery). At 7 km you can find the traditional Pelion village of Milies with the famous train “Mountzouris” and less distance the seaside villages of Kala Nera and Afissos. The area does not lack various shops such as taverns, cafes, beach bars, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, etc. and alternative tourism activities such as: horse riding, canoe, scuba diving, etc. It is the most suitable place to be used as a base for excursions in the villages of Pelion but also for daily visits to the city of Volos, for food, shopping or night entertainment. “Villa” generously offers what is needed by the modern visitor who wants and knows how to have a good holiday.
