MEDOUSA

The hotel-tavern “Medusa” is a star hotel, open all year. Located in Alikes Kitros of Pieria, about 15 kilometers northeast of the town of Katerini, 40 km southwest of Thessaloniki and very near Ancient Pydna. Aliki is a settlement with about 50 permanent inhabitants, and is known primarily for its hydrotherapy and mud therapy possibilities offered by water. In the area there are salt production facilities holding 5th place in Greece in salt production. Aliki often referred to as the lagoon and today is a protected area as close to Alikes is wetland with rare ornithopanida.To Our hotel is located about 70 meters from the sea and just outside the hotel there is amusement park for children. We offer comfortable rooms with wonderful sea views. Apart from the hotel and we operate as a restaurant where you can enjoy fresh fish and a lot of seafood. “Medusa” is the ideal place for daily excursions and for a short vacation where you can enjoy the wonderful waters of the Aegean Sea and taste wonderful fresh seafood straight from the fisherman’s boat to your plate!
