Sivota Seascape is a newly built luxurious retreat consisting of exceptionally spacious Villas and Residences perfectly located on a privileged position on the beach of Agia Paraskevi, 5 km from Sivota Village, overlooking two of the most scenic islands of Ionian archipelago – Corfu and Paxi. Our spacious and modern yet cozy, self catering Villas and Residences with fully equipped kitchens have been created to provide a truly unique and luxurious holidays experience.

The property consists of 6 Villas and Residences with uninterrupted sea views, with 4 of the properties featuring expansive and refreshing private pools. The size of the villas and residences varies from 55m² to 128m², with the largest Seascape Villa with Private Pool able to accommodate up to 6 persons. Every villa & residence has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and the spacious verandas and the tasteful interior decoration will ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your stay.

Terms and conditions Advance payment is made within 24 hours. The question is also invalid. You can cancel a reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date by returning a deposit.
