In hostel Alexandros, we have created with great taste a traditional restaurant (restaurant nestorio) with fireplace that will give you many reasons to win you from the first moment as you will have the opportunity to taste the best samples of Nestoritikis-Macedonian cuisine. Traditional possible high nutritional value flavors like the famous village our home made bread, the oven which is located in the guesthouse garden! Start your day with a hearty breakfast! You can enjoy a hearty traditional breakfast based on a wide variety of local products such as local eggs with colorful crocuses served at your preference, homemade jam, goat cheese and fresh milk or sour milk.
For lunch or dinner, among other things, homemade appetizers, the fresh and generous salads, the fermenters pies of spinach, cheese, sour milk and fishing line, the braised rabbit with long spaghetti, the goat or heavy lambs in the hull the kokorosoupa, rooster red sauce pot, the chickpea, are just some of the traditional dishes you can choose! the kitchen orientation (the restaurant nestorio) comes from our own animals, which guarantees freshness and excellent quality. Also possible moonshine and our own wine production from grapes from the best production years. So we combine a rich variety of excellent local food and traditional dishes with fine appetizers and salads, and bulk of local wine or raki of our own production!
